Opentel Technologies is the telecommunications and connectivity arm of the AAH Holdings Group. Acquired in 2019 through a strategic merger and acquisition and then later structured into an approved Section 12J Venture Capital Company (VCC), Opentel represents the Group’s commitment to technology-driven infrastructure and digital inclusion.

As a CIDB-registered entity, Opentel focuses on building and operating wireless and fibre internet infrastructure, with a mission to bridge the digital divide in underserved and emerging communities while providing enterprise-grade connectivity solutions to the formal sector.
